Wells engineering and analytics advisory across five defined areas of work — HPHT and deepwater programme review, workover programme diagnostics, technical due diligence, tender review, and expert witness.

How the work is structured

Each capability below is fixed-scope and time-boxed: a defined deliverable, a defined turnaround, no open-ended drift. The starting move is a short conversation about the problem — what the well or the programme actually is, what decision the work has to support, and what data exists. If there is a fit, I set out the scope, the deliverable and the timeline in writing before anything begins.

Not sure which area fits? Get in touch and describe the problem. I will tell you which capability is right — or that none of them is and you need a different specialist. I am not the right answer for every problem.

What I don’t take on

To save us both time:

• Work that conflicts with my current role at Basra Energy Company Limited (BP / CNPC JV). I keep a strict conflict-of-interest framework and will decline anything that touches it.
• Work that requires me to use any prior-employer proprietary data, contractor performance information, or confidential figures.
• Generic data-science work outside wells engineering. I am a wells authority who has learned data, not a generalist data scientist.
• Open-ended advisory arrangements. Every capability on this page is sized to deliver something concrete in 5–30 days.
